The Green Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project is a state-of-the-art mass transit system in Karachi designed to upgrade the city’s public transportation infrastructure. The first phase of the project, covering 21 km and with 22 stations, was inaugurated by Prime Minister Imran Khan in early 2022, and 80 diesel hybrid buses with a seating capacity for 150 passengers each were purchased from Foton company. The app offers features such as tracking and locating the bus, recharging accounts, and purchasing metro cards and tickets for the two services.
