4.2 Kanal House, Facing Canal for Rent in Baber Block, Garden Town, Lahore Rental Terms and Conditions a. Six (6) months security deposit will be required. b. Six (6) months advance rent will be payable at the time of agreement. c. The monthly rent shall be PKR 2,500,000 (Twenty-Five Lac Rupees). d. The tenancy agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years, with a 10% annual increment in rent. e. Court registration and legal agreement charges shall be borne by the tenant. f. The property is non-commercial. Any matter relating to LDA shall be managed by the landlord. g. As a solar power system is installed at the property, the tenant shall pay the landlord monthly for the actual electricity units consumed from the solar system. The per-unit rate payable shall be calculated at a 5% discount on the applicable LESCO per-unit value, inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges. Payment shall be made to the landlord every month based on actual recorded consumption.
