Multi Gardens was formally set up in 2004; in any case, the society incorporates a long history, starting with the presentation of Islamabad Gardens on E-11/3 in 1989 and E-11/1 in 2001. Around the same period as this venture, ICHS Town was too launched.

B-17 Multi Gardens has seen a continuous development in costs and property esteem since its official inauguration in 2004.
B-17 is the most recently created region in Islamabad Capital Territorys Zone II. The society is situated such that it is bordered on one side by the GT road and the other by the Peshawar-Islamabad Motorway (M-1).
