The file is convertible into credit note of Rs 750,000. (Credit note will be issued directly in the name of buyer)
The buyer will be eligible to utilize the face value of credit note i.e. Rs 750,000 for settlement of/ adjustment against installment payable to Citi Housing.
Meaning thereby, file purchased from me for Rs 675,000 will immediately allow the buyer to get a benefit of Rs 75,000 (i.e. Rs 750,000 less Rs 675,000).
