*Payment Stages and Amounts*

2. *On Confirmation*: Payment due within 30 days of booking, similar to the booking amount.
3. *On Allocation*: Payment due within 60 days of booking, again similar to the booking amount.
4. *Start of Work*: A significant payment ranging from PKR 2,040,000 to PKR 1,800,000.
5. *60 Monthly Installments*: Spread over 60 months, with amounts decreasing from PKR 34,000 to PKR 30,000 per month.
6. *10 Half-Yearly Installments*: Paid every six months, with amounts decreasing from PKR 85,000 to PKR 70,000.
7. *On Foundation, Plinth Level, and Various Construction Milestones*: Payments due at different stages of construction, with amounts decreasing as the booking sequence progresses.
8. *On Possession*: Final payment due upon possession, ranging from PKR 170,000 to PKR 140,000.
