We are a small family whove recently returned from abroad and renovated our home in I8/4 to a high standard. We are renting out the bottom portion (ground floor and basement). The portion has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (newly renovated), upstairs and downstairs kitchens, drawing/dining on ground floor, beautiful lounge in basement. We will be staying in the first floor portion (were just two people). Looking for a small family with working professionals who will take good care of the house.
