I am the owner of the house and I am offering my ground floor on rental basis. Ground floor have 3 bed rooms with 3 attached bathroom, drawing room, washing area. We have Boring water system and sweet water system together. We have separate electricity meters and separate gas meters so nothing to worry about it. Near to Gulshan and highway. We prefer small family like parents and two kids, No pets allowed please.
