Payment Details :
* Actual Cost of the Land : PKR 20,000,000 (2 Crore)
* Amount Already Paid: PKR 7,125,000
* The remaining amount will be paid by the purchaser in installments after every 3 months.
* Each installment will be PKR 1,312,500 except for the last installment, which may be adjusted according to the remaining balance.
* The plot has a profit/markup applicable on the amount already paid. The final price, including the applicable profit, may be approximately 30,125,000 (3 Crore 1 Lac 25 Thousand ), plus or minus, depending on the plot's location and features, such as a (70-foot road, corner, or short-corner location).
* At the time of transfer, the purchaser will pay the total deposited amount plus the profit decided by both ( Seller or Purchaser)
