Payment Details :

* Amount Already Paid: PKR 3,836,000
* The remaining amount will be paid by the purchaser in installments after every 3 months.
* Each installment will be PKR 718,000, except for the last installment, which may be adjusted according to the remaining balance.
* The plot has a profit/markup applicable on the amount already paid. پلاٹ کی پہلے سے جمع شدہ رقم پر منافع لاگو ہوگا۔ منافع شامل کرنے کے بعد حتمی قیمت تقریباً 1,68,36,000 روپے (1 کروڑ 68 لاکھ 36 ہزار روپے)**، کم یا زیادہ ہو سکتی ہے، جو پلاٹ کی لوکیشن اور خصوصیات، مثلاً 70 فٹ روڈ، کارنر یا شارٹ کارنر پر منحصر ہوگی۔
ٹرانسفر کے وقت خریدار کل جمع شدہ رقم کے ساتھ وہ منافع بھی ادا کرے گا جس پر خریدار اور فروخت کنندہ باہمی رضامندی سے اتفاق کریں گے
