* Actual Cost of the Land : PKR 11,000,000 (1 Crore 10 Lac)
* Amount Already Paid: PKR 3,836,000
* Profit on plot: 13,500,000
* Purchaser will pay the deposited amount plus the profit decided between both parties.
* The remaining actual cost of land amount will be paid by the purchaser in installments after every 3 months.
