Sector F-14 and F-15 are among the most sought-after residential sectors, offering a well-planned living environment with modern amenities, excellent infrastructure, and strategic connectivity. While these sectors follow Islamabads sectoral model, they are not directly administered by the Capital Development Authority (CDA). Instead, they are managed and developed by the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), ensuring a structured approach to land allocation, development, and administration. In both F-14 and F-15, plots are available in three categories: 10 marla (3570), 14 marla (4080), and 1 kanal (5090). The availability of plots in these sectors has been carefully planned to accommodate a significant number of residential properties.
