I have currently three bedrooms in apartment and each is occupied by one person .. unfortunately one my friend is leaving and moving to his hometown so looking for a decent person who is either job holder or if student must be single .. the entire flat is furnished .. you don't need to bring anything .. internet , 24 hour water , restaurant and mart in basement, capsules lift .. and more importantly it's on second floor.. the price is 25,000 and to very honest we are already paying very high including maintainance which is 10k per months .. rent is including internet and electricity cost would be dividend on pro-rata basis ..
