I am renting one of my rooms in a very spacious, beautifully decorated portion in E11/2 Islamabad. A luxury place to live for a working single lady.
Room rent is 65000rs.
Facilities provided.
It includes all basic utility bills except the A/C( saperate meter is installed)
All 2 meals. Breakfast and dinner.
Laundry and ironing.
Internet in the room plus the lounge.
Daily cleaning of the room.
Maid available.
Parking is available but outside the house.
Full security cameras are installed.
No male guests in the house.
It's a quiet and healthy environment for a single working lady as I prefer to have cosy n friendly space for all of us.
We also have the roof top with us..plus there are terraces with really stunning scenery n views.
I am a single mother living with my 9 year old son.
