CDA Sector C-13 Islamabad This is new CDA sector launched for only commercial Buildings and activities. Due to shortage of land with Government this new opportunity is launched and will be a NEW ISLAMABAD Business and Corporate Hub. This land is acquired on land sharing formula with Land owners here called "Land Affectees". Proper survey is conducted and Lists are sorted according to designed attributes by CDA. PC1 is allocated for its development as shown in Newspaper cutting in attached Pictures. Affectees are divided into categories as formulated in C-14,C-15 and C-16.
