E-Passport Pakistan Validity 

At present, Pakistani passports are issued with a validity period of either 5 or 10 years.

E-Passport Pakistan Application Process

To obtain a passport, you must gather all the necessary documents and pay at a National Bank of Pakistan branch before visiting the nearest passport office. You need the original paid bank challan receipt to proceed with the application process.

Step 1

At the Customer Service Counter of the passport office, an official will guide you through the process. After your documents have been checked and verified, your photograph will be taken, and you will be issued to review the details on the token carefully details on the token, and if any errors are found, inform the official immediately.

Step 2

Next, you will provide your fingerprints at the Biometric Counter and all necessary information at the Data Entry Counter. Be sure to review the printed form carefully, and once you are satisfied, sign it.

Step 3

Afterwards, your records will be verified at the Exit Control List/Black List counter. A clearance stamp will be placed on your form if everything is satisfactory.

Step 4

Finally, you will appear before an Assistant Director/Officer In-charge, who will review your documents and data form. If everything is in order, they will give you the green light to proceed with your application. The officer may ask for additional documentation, defer your case, or refer your application to a security agency for further investigation.

Once your application is approved, you will be asked to return to the passport office on the designated date to collect your passport. Only the applicant, their blood relatives, or authorised individuals with the original token may collect the passport. Minors need an authorisation letter to collect their passports.
