Launch date: May 2016 for Blocks A, B, C. Blocks D & E were launched later. Location: On Sua-e-Asal Road, which links Ferozepur Road and Raiwind Road. ~4.5 km from Ferozepur Road via Sua-e-Asal entrance. Near Bahria Education & Medical City; in a developing area. Legal / Approval Status The scheme is LDA-approved under reference (LDA/DMP-II/2447). Some parts are ready (in terms of development), others still under development. --- Layout & Blocks The project is divided into Blocks A, B, C, D, E. Blocks A, B, C were first opened; Blocks D & E came later. Major roads: Main Boulevard (150 ft), other roads of widths like 80 ft, 50 ft, 30 ft, etc. Plot Sizes & Types Residential plots: 3-marlas, 4, 5, 8, 10 marlas, etc. Commercial plots also available (e.g. 2, 3, 4, 8 marlas) depending on block.
